-Bench Press 225 lbs. 20 times
-Bench Press own body weight 29 times
-Ran a 4.5 forty
-Was part of a state championship flag football team at ECU
-Play in the National Championship Flag Football Tournament in New
Orleans...top 10 finish
-Was part of a high school state championship 4x100 & 4x200 relay
team
-Ran the 4x100 & 4x400 at the Penn Relays
I offer personal training
sessions to all ages. I do a lot of pair and partner training as well as individual training. I
also offer speed and agility drills and plyometrics. Boxing is something for those who would like a fun alternate
cardio session, or who would like to learn how to properly throw a punch!
